They do roofing now too!! They just put two roofs on my house and guest house for very fair price. And finished in one day. Great job. Last year they took over a water damaged complete floor restoration project, which they don’t usually do. But I was so incredibly fortunate for them stepping in after the demo. The other well known company was not even going to replace the damaged base or platform (?) under the cabinets. I would give him 6 stars if I could. Brett is the best.

We recently had our second (yes second) water loss in the last 2 years. We cannot say enough good things about Brett, his lead Tyler, & their entire team. Independent Restoration Services went above & beyond to make sure our home was well dried & demoed appropriately for the damage it sustained. They were clean, timely, & professional. After leaving messages with two other local companies who did not return my calls, we contacted Independent Restoration Services. Brett came to our house on a Saturday afternoon within an hour of our call to assess the condition of our floor after a toilet overflow incident. He spent the best part of a half hour checking moisture content in the wall, floor and carpet of adjoining rooms and advising us about next steps. It was his determination that we did not need professional help and he did not charge us for his time. In addition, he invited us to text him with any follow-up questions we may have about disinfectant products.

We had an incident in our kitchen which led to a flooded floor and a waterfall from our garage ceiling. We called Independant Water Restoration Services and reached Brett. He calmed us down letting us know our home wouldn't mold or fall apart within the day (I might have been a little dramatic). By the next day he had a crew out set up industrial fans and dehumidifiers. Brett was great work with throughout this process. He was knowledgeable about dealing with our homeowner's insurance and billed them directly for his services which helped take some of the work off of us. He was courteous and a joy to work with. He had a great team led by Colton, from the Knoxville branch, that came out to demo the floor and garage ceiling when we were ready to get it replaced. They moved our furniture for us and did the work quickly and efficiently leaving no mess behind. Brett also introduced us to Brian from TruBlue of Chattanooga, the contractor organized the work for our new floor and garage celling repair. After the work was done, Brett had his crew back out to move our furniture back in place. Great experience working with Independent Water Restoration services. I would highly recommend them for any water restoration services needed.

We had an unfortunate situation with our kitchen and called Brett with Independent Restoration Services. Brett was incredibly professional and throughout the entire process guided us. Whether it was a phone call, text or an email he answered questions almost immediately. The entire process was smooth. When you go through a situation like water damage, it’s very comforting to to know you have someone who genuinely cares about your situation. I would not recommend anyone else for this type of service. Hopefully you never need their services but if you do, understand that Brett with IRS will be there every step of the way. We highly recommend them.

We discovered a major flood in our basement at about 4:30 on a Tuesday afternoon. Brett and his crew were there within the hour and began pumping water out. Over the next week they moved our stuff out and stripped all the damaged walls, rugs, and other material out. They brought a pod to put our keepable items in. They brought in a number of fans to dry everything out. Brett worked directly with the insurance company and made everything easy. They left the room ready for the contractor to come in and redo our room. Today, the crew came back and unloaded everything from the pod back into our new basement! Everyone was pleasant, easy to work with, and did things well. I highly recommend!
